Sadly I do not have a returns and refunds policy for the books. Each is brand new unless otherwise stated and in perfect condition. They are sent well packaged. I do hope that everyone who purchaces a book enjoys it but cannot guarantee that they will. Sorry.

All books are well packaged and no one has recieved a damaged copy (obviously if someone did I would replace it free of charge) so far.
Shipping prices depend upon postage to the country you are in, delivery times also depend upon location but just to give you an idea, Delivery UK currently costs £2.80 (for one novel) and average delivery time is four days (3.60 for two novels).
Delivery to the US and Canda depends upon the state or province but is normally £4.70 for a single novel and delivery currently seems to take 8 days for the US, 6 for Canada but this does vary.
